Short version: what you type in the enquiry form goes to one firm so they can contact you about the job, and we keep a copy to count enquiries. That is it.
Who we are
This site is run by Where's Jeff Ltd, registered in Jersey (company number 166061). Contact: hello@brickandstonecleaninglondon.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you put in the form: building type, work needed, street and postcode, your description, timing, name, role, email and (optionally) phone, plus which page you sent it from. No cookies are set and no tracking scripts run on this site.
Why we process it
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked for a specialist firm to contact you, and we pass your enquiry to one so they can. We also keep a record to count enquiries, which is how the service is paid for, and to check that the firm has responded.
Who receives it
One established London specialist firm in brick and stone cleaning and repointing; it tells you its name and registered details when it contacts you. They are a separate data controller for what they do with it from then on. Your details are not sold or passed to anyone else. The form is sent through Cloudflare, which processes it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Twelve months, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our processing it, by emailing hello@brickandstonecleaninglondon.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
