Who we are, and who we are not.

What this site is

An independent enquiry service for brick and stone work in London. We are not a contractor and we do not pretend to be one. We built this site because the cleaning and repointing of London's brick and stone is a specialist trade, most people have never had to buy it, and most of what comes up when you search for it is a directory.

How an enquiry is handled

1. You describe the building and the problem on the enquiry page.
2. It is sent straight to one established London specialist firm, and to nobody else.
3. The firm contacts you to arrange a look and, for cleaning, a trial patch.
4. You deal with the firm directly from then on. We are not involved in the quote, the contract or the work.

How it is paid for

The firm pays us for genuine enquiries from its area. You never pay us, and the firm does not add our fee to your price. We do not take a share of the job.

Who runs it

Where's Jeff Ltd, a company registered in Jersey (number 166061). Contact hello@brickandstonecleaninglondon.co.uk. The firm receiving enquiries is an established London specialist in brick and stone cleaning, repointing and restoration. Its name and registered details are given to you when it makes contact.

What we promise

• Every fact on this site is sourced and dated, and corrected when we are told it is wrong.
• No invented reviews, no stock photos of someone else's work, no claims we cannot check.
• One firm per enquiry. We will never sell your details on.
